With specialisation in Nuclear Technology and Marine Engineering, he has held numerous prestigious appointments including in strategic projects involving the Indian Navy and the DAE. With his immense technical experience, sound knowledge, and great planning skills, he directs comprehensively all the Nuclear and Marine projects of the company in addition to preparing the company for the forthcoming technology intensive projects.

A Marine Engineer with 35 years of experience in the Indian Navy, Cmde B Srinivas has had over 16 years of experience in design, both of equipment for Submarine applications and systems for Ships. Alongside a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he holds an MTech in Systems and Control Engineering from IIT, Bombay and MMS in Higher Defence Management from the College of Defence Management. His skills include project management, system analysis and making sense out of data.

Manoj has served onboard various warships and senior administration Offices of the Integrated Headquarters, MoD as Protocol Officer and Training Instructor. He is an Anti Submarine Warfare speciaist and has devised techniques that are being used in the Navy. He has a thing for viewing any maritime issue from a scientific perspective and so was also nicknamed as 'Scientist' in his P-8i squadron that he commissioned as Senior Observer in 2013. Cdr Arif’s excellent experience in Submarine Design, Project Management and Technology Management coupled with his fantastic academic qualifications as an MBA (Operations Management), an M.E (Mechanical, Marine) with B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering brings immense benefits to the company where he is our Senior Consultant.
A reputed scientist with over four decades of experience in nuclear engineering, control systems and instrumentation of reactors Shri. Mahapatra possesses unmatched experience in design and development of complex state of the art control systems for main propulsion plants of strategic nuclear platforms. A Raja Ramanna Fellow, who headed the division that undertook development of operator training simulator, he has to his credit generation of the complete documentation for the complex control systems for nuclear platforms. His knowledge in the Electronics and Control system domain and his past contributions to the BARC makes him one of the few in the country who has actually brought tangibility through research to create indigenous control systems for our country.
Shri DP Rao is a senior scientist with over 35 years of extensive experience in process design, R&D, analysis & trouble shooting. His expertise in the vast topics of process flow diagrams and P&I diagrams, mass and energy balance, process design of Equipment and their analysis for off-normal conditions, process dynamics and controls consisting of mathematical modelling of the process, selection of parameters for control and their control philosophy is a boon to our company. He has developed important documentation like Design Basis Reports, Design Reports, Safety Reports as desired by the regulating authority. Shri Rao is also specialized in field design and analysis of heat transfer equipment and water treatment plants. Shri DP Rao provides our documentation projects with this rare scientific expertise and knowledge as our Senior Consultant.
With over 42 long years of experience in nuclear engineering, research reactor operations, and commissioning of process systems of research reactors and MPPs, Shri. Sharma has had a reputed tenure of quality assurance in the execution of operational and maintenance activities and in-service inspection of research reactors. He has led major projects on reviews of capacity, safety review, and safety audits of Indian (PHWRs). These were for plants both in operation and under construction. He has headed the team undertaking process system design review of PHWRs, and 1000 MWe PLWRs. Shri Sharma has to his credit significant contributions in formulation and preparation of commissioning and operational documents for the strategic platforms as well as commissioning the platform’s propulsion plant and associated systems.
